Through your efforts at having more than the normal number open houses, we were able to lock up a sale just four weeks after the house was listed. Other houses were taking many months to sell because of the poor state of the economy. In the beginning, you were incredibly helpful in guiding us how to best prepare our house for sale. And the care you took in listing our house was amazing, from the fantastic photos to the detailed description of the house's features. After the house was listed, you were in constant touch with, making sure that we knew where things stood at all times.
